Service Engineer

What are you going to do?

As a Service Engineer, you are Kiekens' face among our customers. You ensure that our installations always function optimally. Your activities include:

• Carrying out scheduled maintenance on dust extraction systems.
• Resolving mechanical, electrical and pneumatic faults.
• Checking, testing and setting up installations on site.
• Advising customers on the use and maintenance of the systems.
• Reporting activities and findings to customers and internally.
• Actively contribute ideas about technical improvements to installations and processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues from service, engineering and work preparation.

What do we look for in you?

We are looking for an independent and customer-oriented technician who recognizes himself in the following profile:

• MBO work and thinking level, preferably in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar.
• Affinity with industrial installations and technical systems.
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and accurate in your work.
• In possession of driving license B (required).
• Flexible attitude and willingness to travel within the Netherlands (and sometimes beyond).
