Shaped by our
unique approach
The Ergonomic KE1000 and KE2000 are designed for mobile industrial cleaning where manoeuvrability, ergonomics, and ease of use are important.
During the baseline assessment, Kiekens looks at the type of dust, duration of use, and workstations. Based on this, we determine which version, filters, and accessories fit the daily cleaning tasks.
The KE series can be assembled with different suction units, supply voltages, filters, and pre-separators.
This means a manufacturing company doesn't have to work with a single standard configuration. Kiekens matches the industrial vacuum cleaner to the material and the way employees use the machine daily.
The KE1000 runs on alternating current and can be connected to 230 V. The KE2000 is a three-phase version with an industrial motor configuration.
Which version is suitable depends, among other things, on duration of use, available power supply, and desired suction performance.
According to the product specifications, the main filter has an average penetration rate of less than 0.1%.
For applications with higher filtration requirements, a HEPA filter is available with a specified average penetration rate of less than 0.003%. The dust properties determine which filtration is necessary.
Yes, the Ergonomic can be used in an ATEX zone, provided the version and application are suitable for it. The Ergonomic is not an ATEX-certified machine, but can be safely deployed in an ATEX environment under the right conditions. During the baseline assessment, Kiekens assesses the dust properties, zone classification, and applicable safety regulations, so it can be determined whether the Ergonomic is suitable for the specific situation.
The vacuum cleaners combine a handy size with good manoeuvrability and a relatively low noise level. Depending on the version, the specified noise level ranges from 63 to 68 dB(A).
For employees who regularly perform industrial cleaning, ease of use and ergonomics are important components of a safe way of working.
The KE series can be supplemented with pre-separators for, among other things, liquid, chips, sparks, textiles, and bulk material.
A suitable pre-separator prevents material not intended for the main filter from entering the vacuum cleaner directly.
According to the product specifications, the KE1000 and KE2000 have a dust container capacity of 55 liters.
The practical emptying frequency depends on the dust volume and the specific weight of the material. That's why Kiekens also looks at the ergonomics and handling involved in emptying.
Yes. The mobile construction allows for movement between different workstations.
With the right hose and accessory package, the machine can be tailored to different cleaning tasks. When multiple points need to be extracted simultaneously on a structural basis, a central system may be the better solution.
The right machine is only one part of it. Filters, pre-separation, accessories, and the way employees use the vacuum cleaner are also important.
That's why Kiekens tailors the configuration to daily practice. This ensures the solution fits the work process and makes safe use easier to manage.
