Maintenance properly arranged also means well documented. Within the Clean Air Plan, we keep all your installations and mobile units organized. From inspection reports to maintenance frequencies: we record everything, plan proactively and signal on time.

What are the costs of the different packages?
The costs depend on the type of installation, the size of your system, and the desired service level. We work with transparent rates and fixed agreements per package. Feel free to ask for a quote. Then you know exactly where you stand.
Can I also purchase a maintenance plan if I am not an existing customer?
Yes, you can. We will then start with an extensive inspection of your installation. Based on this, we propose an appropriate maintenance plan.
What happens in the event of a failure?
In the event of a failure, you can count on a quick response from our service teams. The response time depends on the package chosen within the Clean Air Plan:
- Clean Air Check: response time within 48 hours (office hours)
- Clean Air Care: response time within 36 hours (office hours)
- Clean Air Control: response time within 12 hours (office hours)
What about ATEX and other tests?
We check for ATEX compliance, carry out NEN 3140 inspections and ensure that your installation complies with all relevant laws and regulations. This is a standard part of our service.
What do I get in terms of documentation or reporting?
After each service, you will receive a clear report, including measurements, findings and recommendations. This way, you can easily demonstrate that your installation complies with the standard. Even during audits or inspections.
Can I also order parts or filters separately?
Yes, you can. Through our service department, you can easily order replacement parts or filters, tailored to your installation.
Do you also maintain industrial dust filters that are not from Kiekens?
Yes, definitely. Our specialists not only maintain Kiekens installations, but also industrial dust filters from other brands. Thanks to our broad experience, we know the operation and structure of various systems.
