Installation Engineer
What are you going to do?
As an Installation Engineer at Kiekens, you are responsible for professionally installing and commissioning our dust extraction installations at customers. You ensure that everything is technically correct and that the customer is satisfied. Your activities include:
- Assembly, installation and connection of industrial extraction systems on site.
- Commissioning systems and performing functional tests.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams and manuals.
- Managing or supporting (sub) contractors and other technical partners.
- Identifying technical bottlenecks and actively thinking about solutions.
- Consult with project management and customer about progress and technical details.
- Careful documentation of deliveries and associated reports.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an independent, solution-oriented technician with a hands-on mentality who knows how to get things done. You recognize yourself in the following profile:
- MBO+ level of work and thinking, preferably in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or mechatronics.
- Demonstrable experience with installation work in industrial technology.
- Able to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams.
- Flexible, stress-resistant and solution-oriented.
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
- Willing to travel within the Netherlands (sometimes also internationally).
- In possession of driving license B (required); VCA is an advantage.
