unique approach
The Stavac 2200 is designed for the continuous extraction of dust and bulky residual material directly at production and packaging machines. During the baseline assessment, Kiekens looks at the material, the volume, and the machine connection. The Stavac is especially suitable for paper, plastic, textiles, fibres, and chips.
Yes. The Stavac is designed for direct connection to, among other things, packaging machines, CNC machines, and other production machines. By extracting material at the source, residual material is prevented from spreading in the production environment.
Yes. The three-phase motor, multi-stage turbo fan, and forced motor cooling are designed for continuous industrial use. The Stavac delivers a specified vacuum of 21,000 Pa and an airflow of 330 m³/h.
The filter construction keeps the filter bag fully open. The extracted material is collected at the bottom and compressed. This makes efficient use of the bag's capacity, especially for light and bulky residual flows.
The extracted material is collected in the filter bag. To empty it, the lid is opened and the bag is removed from the machine. Disposable dust bags are available to simplify discharge.
An optional high-efficiency filter is available for fine dust. In addition, a certified filter of dust class M with 1.0 m² filter area is available as an option. Which filtration is needed depends on the dust properties.
An internal pre-separator of 15 or 30 liters can be used for sharp or heavy objects. This removes these parts from the airflow earlier and protects the filter bag.
The total collection capacity is 70 liters. The practical capacity depends heavily on the bulk density and shape of the material. The construction of the filter bag helps make efficient use of the available collection space.
Castors are available as an option. This allows the Stavac to be placed more flexibly around production machines. For a fixed connection, Kiekens pays attention to a stable setup and safe accessibility for maintenance.
During the baseline assessment, Kiekens assesses where residual material is generated, how the production machine runs, and how much extraction is needed. We then match the connection, accessories, filtration, and collection capacity to the machine. This makes the Stavac a functional part of the production process.
