We would like to inform you of an important change within our organization that may affect your administration.
As you may know, Van der Voort Amsterdam Lucht en Milieu B.V. has been part of the same group as Kiekens Products B.V. for many years. In recent years, we have worked closely together with shared processes, people, and systems. We are now formalizing this cooperation into a clear legal structure.
What has changed?
As of July 21, 2025, Van der Voort Amsterdam Lucht en Milieu B.V. has been fully integrated into Kiekens Products B.V. As of August 1, 2025, Kiekens Products B.V. will continue under the name Kiekens B.V.
What does this mean for you?
Your trusted contacts and services remain unchanged. Our products and services will also stay the same. From now on, however, all purchases and invoices will be issued under the name Kiekens B.V.
